Sasuke is really a less experienced Kakashi at that point. It could've been a potentially fantastic fight but as far as base goes, Kakashi scores 34.5 vs. Sasuke's 31.5. The only thing Sasuke had over him at that point was a .5 monopoly in stamina. Their ninjutsu, genjutsu, speed and strength are within the same bracket, but Kakashi has large advantages in taijutsu, intelligence and hand seals.

Kakashi's extensive experience also gives him a further edge, so he'd take this mid-high diff.

Sasuke could only use techniques that were usable through oro's modified biology(and not all of them at that) such as the body shedding which he probably saw a Dozen times but he doesn't know all of oro's jutsu. Sasuke's primary weapon at that time was Chodori and its variants. All of Sasuke's lightning jutsu (except for Kirin, which would be too slow to execute) would be useless against Kakashi.

Kakashi, on the other hand, had "a thousand jutsu" at his disposal. Kakuzu arc Kakashi would've been able to defeat Hebi Sasuke just from using C- and B-rank jutsu because his genius intellect makes virtually any and all jutsu lethal. Not that Sasuke doesn't has a tactical mind. His intellect just doesn't hold a candle to Kakashi's.

And let's not forget about Kamui. Since Hebi Sasuke wouldn't have had knowledge of it, Kakashi would've used it at exactly the right time. Kamui GG. If it's a fight with killing intent, then Sasuke would get decaptitated. If it's a fight just to incapitate the other, then Kakashi would Kamui one of Sasuke's limbs.

With all that being said, I know that Sasukebase would never be convinced that Sasuke loses this one. It's okay though. Good luck in life being biased.

He's right though Itachi have always been stronger than kakashi even since Anbu days. And Itachi can actually and it's the opposite for kakashi. Itachi only fought kakashi once with Itachi's real self the others was either not him or a clone.

We can't say what his limits were if the jutsu was perfect. Thing is the jutsu wasn't perfect as you said, this means that his limits are known to some degree because if he goes further oro appears and takes over. Sasuke isn't foolish he wouldn't willingly allow that to happen. Given all this we can use his fight against Itachi to show his absolute limits.
