Anyone can learn to unlock the eighth gate with lots of training. If it had anything to do with the amount of chakra one had then Gai and Lee wouldn't be able to. As for Sasuke, there's no normal way of mixing two Rinnegan, but all Rinnegan already have access to all the Six Paths Techniques. It may be plausible that if he were to give both his and Madara's to Orochimaru, that Limbo could be extracted and implanted into his own eye, but that's just wishful thinking.

Chronologically jagoromo and hamura sealed the juubi on the moon and its chakra remained. Get your foplishness put of here . Hagoromo did not have the gedo when he split the tailed beast nor inside him when he died. If you disagree then tell me what got sealed when Hamura and Hagoromo sealed Kaguya? Thin air .
