Actually Kaguya eventually (and probably effortlessly) beat back Naruto's attack also Naruto got blown waaaay back from one hit. It took several to destroy Sasuke's susano. It's not a dumb diwn just showing power and perspective. For example the persoective of Naruto speed blitzing someone like konohamaru is not the sane when compared to Sasuke's. Also really dude ? The third had a weak spot from his previous battke that's the only reason the clone got him. Before that Naruto needed help from the rubber guy just to not poof away... Both Naruto and Sasuke got nerfed, Sasuke didn't use human path, animal path, heck he didn't even use enton on Naruto. Why not embed indra's arrow with ameterasu? Why not use ameno and strike Naruto directly from behind. Why doesn't Someone do this, why doesn't someone do that, because Kishi wrote it that way. Also Saauke hadn't mastered his rinnegan yet. And Naruto didn't want to kill him. They were both nerfed. If anything, where is frog kata? I swear kishi forgot that existed unless it just loss relevance

I don't know about any of that shit but Kishi made it obvious he was toning Naruto down during VOTE2 both he and Sasuke alluded several times to Naruto not quite fighting like he should and Naruto even told him afterwards that wasn't the fight he wanted and the "real" fight comes later.

Naruto wasn't dumbed down he just wasn't trying to kill Sasuke only slap some sense into him. Actually, a lot of his fights are like that. He tends put himself in harms way and doesn't mind getting ****ed up if it means he can stop his opponents without killling them. But that's what you get from the protagonist in a story about friendship and cooporation

that's actually false, otherwise he wouldn't have needed to coat his avatar's ribcage with Amaterasu in an attempt to hinder the Raikage's offense. It was obvious to even Karin that he had trouble keeping up.

Naruto waznt weakened. He was getting fatigued. He did way more than sauce b4 the fight and sauce had what all sasuke fans dream he had which is all 9 bijuu. And he lost. Stalemate w.e...he had upper hand ever since he was just watching on sideline while naruto fought kaguya and even b4 then fighting obito. No excuse why he didn't win. boy was definitely rested

Except we can say the exact same thing about Sasuke, Amaterasu can burn chakra, why doesn't he use his Enton sword to cut off the arms of Naruto's avatar ? Why didn't he use Ameno to teleport his blade to Naruto's head ? Kishi ignored feats for the progression of plot, most of the times so he can make some form of symbolism.

Kishi wanted the fight to parallel Indra and Ashura's along with Hashirama and Madara's.
