Sasuke a direct descendent of Madara or Izuna ?

It's been implied lots of time in the manga, that Sasuke looks like Izuna.

And Madara had himself told that his Mangekyou seemed familiar.

So is it ever confirmed or not ?

What do You guys think ?

If I follow your logic all Uchiha after Madara or Izuna were their descendants.

Sasuke has straight tomoe like Madara because both are transmigrants of Indra. Sasuke looks like Izuna because of his hair.

The Clan is probably so inbred that they're all relating in various ways.

Madara and Izuna had other siblings, perhaps they had a sister? Perhaps someone had a bastard kid - I would have assumed they had kids if they survived into adulthood myself.
Given the Warring Clans Era and the mortality rate for kids itself they'd need to produce a lot to sustain the Clan and ensure it's survival... so yeah, not having kids seems a little off.

I like the idea that Mikoto is the decendent, the mortal direct line from Madara/Izuna and Indra - over Fugaku.

Naruto is from the Namikaze and Uzumaki clan and Hashirama is from the Senju clan. Genetics still play a role in how they look. None of the senju really look alike though tbh, I found that the strangest. There are more Uchiha that look like, noticeably for the females the sharp eye lash that looks like heavy mascara and long hair and for the guys at some point long hair. For example even Obito had long hair that resembled Madara's hair. The hair is usually long and spiky or medium length and well kept as in Itachi and Sasuke's case. There are a few exceptions such as Shisui but he may just keep cutting his hair who knows. Obito sure dis, perhaps if Naruto was from the senju clan he may have looked more like Hashirama afterall their oersinalities are actually extremely similar as noted by Tobirama. So we can say that Madara and Sasuke look alike from their indra heritage (minus the long hair on Sasuke's part) but they have differing ideals. Naruto and Hashirama look different but have similar if not the sane ideals dye to their Ashura heritage so there's that.

Namikaze name is not real. He is really Senju.
