Many are wondering about kenpachi and yachiru but it's not entirely surprising many already suspected this but as for why and how

We'll remember Espada 1 Stark and his other half lilinette so powerful they split themselves into two people

Then there is ju ha and uh blondie he calls his other half

Since birth kenpachi was always powerful who knows maybe when he was born or took that randoms zapankuto it split his power maybe when he fought unohana and shackled himself that was when yachiru began to exist

I Don't think so. The way Yachiru's talking, it's pretty clear she's the Zanpakuto spirit Nozarashi, rather being another half of Kenpachi, like Lillinet is to Starrk.

And Hashwalth isn't like that either. He's just a quincy with the same Soul Sharing powers as Yhwach, and Yhwach decided for whatever reason to make Haschwalth get his powers at night. (Which is probably something to do with The Balance) (Sorry, i forgot we don't actually know that the B stands for Balance yet. My Bad.)

Oh, and when he took Nozarashi from that chump he killed, it was still an Asauchi.

In that case, i would say the reason she's constantly manifested is that Nozarashi is trying to communicate with Kenpachi, so it tries to get his attention with Yachiru. I could be completely wrong, of course, but Kenpachi isn't the strongest Shinigami we've seen (Aizen), and no one else has a constantly manifested Zanpakuto Spirit.

How about a time when they were both only using Shinigami powers, and Yachiru was still around, like during the Soul Society Arc.

I Win. Aizen was obviously stronger there, and we never saw Kyouka Suigetsu manifested.

after he kills the fodder, i never thought it was significant, he asks yachiru "where do you come from brat" & she touches his sword. he replies "yes, its a sword, arent you scared"? she was actually telling him then. tho since he was just getting it, he couldnt hear her voice yet.
