Kidd has cuffed pants or whatever they call it, you can see the cuffed part of his pants in that Jail panel. Not to mention Oda isn't going to just put that panel in there for no reason.

I don't care why he put it in, I am just trying to see what you are seeing and I am not seeing it. Is that the bottom of his boot on the left side there?

Maybe it's because I want to see it but on the left before the first bar looks like a point which looks like a boot tip. Then in between the 1st and 2nd bar looks like the frill at the bottom of his pant leg then the crocodile skin print just above that.

His boot is kind of hidden because either Kidds coat is covering it or because Kidd is laying down and there's a bunch of metal hiding the boot.

Thanks! The last two posts you made clear it up. Just couldn't recognize a leg shape in the low quality very well. Someone has some dang good eyes to catch that.
