For several years using the highest most precise chakra control, a fixed amount is stored in the Byakugou seal. The chakra is usually put to use to regenerate the body through the Ninjutsu technique "Sousou Saisei", the combination results in the ultimate regeneration Jutsu.

The seal was able to regenerate the body, despite Tsunade chakra quantity being less, than the enormous chakra quantity of Shodai Hokage (i'm pretty sure, but this the gist of the line, but this was especially tricky).

When Ninpo "Sousou Saisei" is used at the same time as "Byakugou no Jutsu", it becomes possible to use it (Sousou Saisei) over a long period of time. When ones life is effected by grave wounds pushed to the point where they'd normally die, ones body is instantly returned to an unwounded condition. Than it just talks about the rules of medical ninjutsu where broken with the completion of such a marvelous Ninjutsu as this.

Release the chakra stored in ones forehead. Wounds completely recover, while at the same time ones own power rises*, however cell division quickens, which shortens ones life span.

Either way i don't see how it would make your attacks any stronger, all it is is chakra.

Also with Onoki it's not like he wasn't capable of that on his own, he was just very low on chakra. She gave him what he needed.

When you think about the volume of chakra it would take to destroy the earth being condensed in one hand and being released instantly, it sounds like a control feat not even the strongest ninja could accomplish. Interesting topic nonetheless.

Of course it doesn't alter base stats, but a greater flow of chakra makes almost everything more efficient. Don't know why durability came into play here, never argued it.

shunshin is a generic universal tool in the narutoverse. unless you provide a statement of tsunades boosting her shunsin by releasing a seal, you're justy making stuff up. its a medical jutsu that heals automatically, nothing more

if she isn't worried about chakra usage, its a display of efficient chakra control, not the other way around( its not like a rasengan, the medics are using less chakra, compressing it, releasing it at the right time & timing it w/ a physical strike--theoretically much less chakra usage). the significance of her activating it before punching the ground are several:

- the reveal, it made it more dramatic
- fanservice in general
- paralell w/ tsunade ''this seal allows me(a medic) to join the battle''
- the script, tsunade never used a punch quite that big because such is out of place - hence kishimoto scripting a bunch of cannon fodder to be swept up in sakuras exorbitant version.

lmfaoo the shunshin part makes zero sense. You don't get faster if you have more chakra ffs. It just gives you more chakra to stay at your own top speed for a longer time you can say.
