Also how's that work wasn't she lieutenant? But she wasn't really? Then squad 11 had no lieutenant? Besides to not tip us off how/why was this never addressed?

I don't think any lieutenant had bankai until recently when Ikaku,Renji and I think Rukia got it. She did have a shikai though which is confusing unless I'm misreading the situation and she isn't the manifestation of his zanpakuto like Renji's monkey with a snake tail.

Goku was a real life being who gave birth to his son and whose spirit gave him the power he needed in that situation. Yachiru is the Zanpakuto spirit of Zaraki who was walking around in human form and even took the role of lieutenant and somehow had a shikai. Yachiru was always in a manner Zaraki's power Goku wasn't.

While that may be true, both Goku and Yachiru share a deep bond with the respective characters, anytime these characters are experiencing something emotional or impactful to the plot, these silhouette-like figures makes an appearance near to the character going through change, do they not?

I don't recall Goku being there during Gohan's training with Piccolo. And Yachiru was missing through the entire fight against Pernida.

$10 says she is Zaraki's Zanpakuto's manifestation. why?

-she randomly appeared in front of Zaraki when he was trying to talk to his Zanpakuto
-She has no real name (Zaraki gave it to her and named her after the one person he cared for the most)
-You almost never see her away from Zaraki

Well it would make sense since yachiru was by kenpachi since like almost thd beginning and she was the power he never thought he had and when he needed that power she revieled her true being and purpose to him

But how did she have a Lieutenant seat if she was just a Zanpakuto spirit? That'd be like Zabimaru being the 3rd seat in Byakuya's division it just doesn't make sense.
