He Can Needed 2 Dispel IT But cant Counter IT?

How can he contribute to dispelling IT if he doesnt have the power to counter it??

Sasuke is the only person who can block Infinite Tsukuyomi because Rinnegan and Susanoo, but cannot release it alone.

He only able to dispel in what I call as IT's process/activity and not IT's effect(Genjutsu light)

The Rinnesharingan, and only the Rinnesharingan is needed to cast and dispel IT. Kaguya used it multiple times without the moon in the past.

The Bijuu/Juubi are used to cast IT on the whole world. The Bijuu chakra amps the genjutsu to be wide spread enough to hit everyone in the world. So essentially, Sasuke could free everyone from IT by himself, but he would have to touch everyone on earth without the Bijuu. Without the Rinnegan, Naruto couldn't do it himself.

Therefore the original owner of both powers only needed one way to counter why would he need two.

The illusion is not there yet but after they being wrap completely by Shinju's root.

Bijuus wont help Naruto from getting out of IT's effect. Even I'm very sure they will sail in the same boat with Naruto in illusion dream.

Plus Shinju illusion is not like Itachi's Tsukuyomi, just playing with mind. The thing come with the illusion is chakra extracting process. You know how powerful is Shinju in sucking out chakra. Small Bijuus power plus half Kurama is nothing and it benefit Shinju more.

That's likely because Rinnegan is a Dojutsu, so it's more equipped in resisting Mugen Tsukyomi.

We know the full potential of RSM because its powers are unlocked by awakening it. Databook makes that clear when its powers can be obtained subconsciously.
