I mean I can think of a few possibilities.

#1 Rabbit- Amon could have very well caught wind of Ayato's plan to raid Cochlea. I don't think Amon ever found out that there were two Rabbits so he may be after Ayato thinking he is the one that killed Mado. Not only that Ayato's group is intending to raid Cochlea. Not only is letting ghouls out something a former investigator would detest, but seeing how Aogiri has pulled this trick before Amon might want to spoil their plans personally.

Eto- might want to either kill Eto himself or abduct her for the valuable information she possesses.

Furuta- Amon may have discovered that Furuta is Kanou's clown. If so we might get Amon vs Furuta :bdpf:

And that's about it :|

Anybody got any other ideas? Or do u think it is more likely one of these

I second what Punk said. Amon was always teetering on the edge, definitely took up quite the interest in Kaneki. I think he realized ghouls werent always just simple monsters, they can be good and bad as well. Now that he had experienced it for himself, I can see him trying to use his prior experience as a dove to negotiate some level of peace between the two sides.

They showed him in the half of the chapter that was dedicated to Cochlea and the background appeared to be night, just like all the other Cochlea panels. Rue Island panels seemed lighter, as if to show daytime if I remember correctly

No idea where he is going. If he goes to rue, then to put an end to takizawa and let akira know hes alive. If cochlea, to meet kaneki and talk with him now that he knows how it feels to be a ghoul and more importantly his father, he said he wanted to talk with him maybe he can tell him of V and how CCG are working together. When amon hears of this shit will get real. Unless he already knows...i think the big questions is how much does amon know? Does he know kaneki is an investigator? Does he know of V and CCG and washuu? Does he know who the one eyed king is?
