How do you know if you flash back naruto was nowhere near them till after Haku was dead

Naruto couldn't go 3 Tails at that time though and Kakashi didn't even know about MS so he wouldn't use anything. As for Haku killing Sasuke that's a no since once Sasuke unlocked his sharingan again it was game over for Haku. Sakura at that time would have died regardless.
