Okay. Zabuza uses the hidden mist jutsu to blind the opponent and slow down his reflexes. (If you want scans i can bring them). In a summary, If Kakashi with sharingan pre-cog could barely react to Zabuza, Darui, who's reflexes are not as good as Kakashi with sharingan, won't react on time to Zabuza's attacks. Darui, has a huge disadvantage here since he also does not have a counter to water clones, since he doesn't have clones himself, so if he's completely blinded and he gets ambushed by a clone, he falls prey to a clone feint while the real Zabuza strikes from behind.
Trying to hit an opponent you literally can't see at all with Black panther or laser circus would be a waste of chakra, since it would be like trying to hit someone with your eyes folded.

Zabuza is a bad matchup for opponents that have no way of sensing/seeing him in the mist.

I feel like we need to take the Sage Tools into account. Regardless of ability, these almost DEFINITELY take out Deidara and Kiba. 'Art' 'Explosion' or 'Fang' 'Akamaru' will get them sealed instantly.

Similarly Zabuza doesn't really talk but some could argue that the battle wouldn't even go on that long. Same with Hanzo neither of this nin really have obvious most used words and luckily Hanzo is a bit of a monologuer but unless the Pot comes in handy- he stops at Zabuza/Hanzo.

Less reflexes* , not slower. Having the speed to dodge the attack is not useful if you can't react to it. And part 1 Kakashi is underrated anyways.
