The Phantom Academy is easily understood in the context of being a ghost. It possesses no domain to call its physical being and haunts and tortures various individuals to the brink of madness. However, the Phantom Academy only possesses those who summon it to endure it. However, in less mystical terms the Phantom Academy is a nomadic shinobi academy that is tied to no one ninja village. The instructors travel through the land, training individuals who seek their help and who fit the criteria to be taught. It is composed of shinobi, mainly rouge shinobi who specialize in various skill forms and were recruited by the unknown headmaster of the school to join them. The school went nameless for much a time until gaining the moniker of the Phantom Academy due to its impossibility to be found on purpose, the ominous nature of it’s appearance and equally ominous disappearance, and the stories of people having gone mad attempting to complete the training. Teaching Qualifications
Training Style
You will have the option of a role play based training, where you will receive information and training with your bio and my bio/character interacting with each other. If you do not wish for this type of training we can do a simple and pure OOC style training where I feed you the information without any relation to our characters interacting we can do that.
Policies
I tend to cater to newer RPers or those who haven't progressed far. I don't do the first come first serve deal, I will pick with my own prejudice based on who would need training more. With the exception of a few specialized training areas, this academy uses the Method Style Training System that was created by Scorps and Liliana (references to come), what this will translate to is, if anybody is past C-ranks in any specific field I am offering training to, I will not accept them as students and the same goes for my kohai.
If accepted as my student, I will hold you to a 45 day response time (month and a half). Meaning, if I am the last to post in our training thread and you fail to respond within 45 days without notifying me, I will drop you as a student. I will send you vm/pm at the one month mark reminding you of training. I will make exceptions to this rule if you contact me prior to the deadline regarding your inability to respond for a while. However, if your absence proves to be too long I will drop you, though I may be willing to train you again if you have more free time and I am available.
I will request, with regard to my response time that you give me a month at the latest to respond to your trainings. As a mod and a fulltime student at college I may not have a lot of time to respond regularly but I tend to set time aside (when actively training) on my days off to respond as frequently as I can within a week. If it gets to the point where my responses are too scarce or I'm only responding once a month, I will not be upset if you chose to drop me, though please notify me so that I may unsubscribe to our training.
Student Applications
At this time I will be accepting 11 students this application cycle. 10 of whom will be in genjutsu only; the last student will be in fuinjutsu. Do not bother asking me for anything else, I can only tolerate so many students while being a mod if they're in genjutsu. I also need Guinea Pig to try out my training method for Fuinjutsu so that's where the odd 11 comes in

My dearest Kohai Naruto has graduated to become a sensei and is therefore his own working man now. If you want training from him go to him directly through this link.
I'll do recommendations upon request if you want to be trained by him in something that I'm not qualified or simply am not teaching at the moment. However I only recommend people who are in desperate need of training. I won't be doing these for more a handful of people.
