This is not true in any way. Kakashi is at the very least war arc kakashi without sharingan. He still has large chakra reserves and supposedly 1000 techniques in his arsenal.

Lol, so:

-He increased his body speed and has more experience

-He decreased his reflexes sincee doesn't have sharingan pre-cog anymore (This brings him down several tiers on the CQC category)
-By having less reflexes he can't charge against the enemy at full speed since he runs the risk of not reacting to the counter
-He can't use raikiri effectively now

The only thing you can say is that those things would balance eachother. But argue Hokage kakashi > part 1 Kakashi ? lol

Kakashi hi improved his physical abilities over the timeskip and alongside that, his stamina and chakra reserves have increased greatly thanks to the bucket load of experience and physical labour he underwent through the War. He's as intelligent as Shikamaru, has natural battle instincts that the 3 do not, and is also much quicker on foot. His indirect approach to battle also means that he won't be caught. As for the lame Raikiri argument, he can use Raijuu Tsuiga alongside his other high level ninjutsu that the team can't handle. Thanks to his much larger chakra reserves, the number of potential strategies he can employ drastically increase.

You wont get the concept of battle instincts if you've never fought properly, but to put a well-rounded point across, you should at least try to understand.

By skill standards, he is Kage level.

He still trashes them, he is much much faster than them, and without the Sharingan hindering his chakra he can use Kage Bunshin/Raiton Kage Bunshin as much as he wants, he can use even Tajuu Kage Bunshin (he already did that even in Part 1). Kakashi spams trickery and Raiton techniques and low diffs them.

I believe that Shikamaru leads this team to victory. Kakashi is very fast but he can't even use Raikiri without being hugely vulnerable. He's honestly at that level.

Not really, without the sharingan Kakashi's reaction speed is hindered significantly...and that is the most important category of speed.

A lot of people with normal pre-cog (no sharingan) has reacted to the shadows. Now, Kakashi should be still somewhere above average in reflexes, and has a much faster sunshin than before.

Maybe. I was just talking about him being faster than his early shippuden 3 tomoe self. Which isn't true as his reaction speed should have taken a huge step back.

Well, in war arc Kakashi was already faster than his shippuden self if we talk about sunshin. But if we talk just about reflexes yeah.. he's a lot slower
