Pakistan terror attack: Suicide blast near playground - atleast 63 people died

LAHORE: A suicide bomber blew himself up outside a park in a densely populated area of the metropolis, killing at least 63 people and injuring over 100 others, police and rescue official said on Sunday.

The blast place took place just outside the exit gate and a few feet away from children´s swings at the Allama Iqbal Park in Iqbal Town, the police said.

The dead and injured, most of them women and children, were shifted to various hospitals where an emergency was declared after the blast.

Children's park! I hope every Pakistani member is safe here.

Looks like a pleasant place, maybe favorite spot of many people. Maybe a park kids look forward to go to and maybe fathers take their children there when they have a day off. I do not know, i have never been there. But deaths of these people are not just numbers, these places are not some locations of earth. If we know about the context a little more than skimming over the news article, or atleast try to imagine maybe then we can be a little closer to understand what every single life means.

Playground? those ****s even hit mosques and schools. This particular attack is most likely orchestrated by India since just three days ago Pakistan caught an agent of Indian intel agency (RAW) The Research and Analysis Wing and was made public.

Metro was already closed today in lahore on the advice of ISI. ...sad they couldn't prevent it.
