Should I buy a Wii U in 2016?

I'm dyinggg to play games like Pokken tournament, super smash, mario kart, mario maker & Zelda! But I heard about tthe NX coming out soon. Would it be dumb to buy the console at this time? What do you think, wait or buy?

I can't recommend it because i don't have one, and i know there's a couple of good games but if you still wanna see my stupid opinion: No. I wouldn't buy it at all if i were you, i'd just use that money to buy a different console or something else.
