susanoo is powerful defense but only few ninja obtained the power to break it to pieces.
this is list of non uchiha shinobi who can destroy susanoo with explanation.

it's debatable however with his wind element combined to his chakra blade, he could damage susanoo and break V1 of susanoo
9) zabuza
after he cast the mist , he keeps his distance far away from susanoo user, then he tanks and attack by using dragon water jutsu from far away until he broke susanoo and since susanoo was made from fire then water attack is so effective against fire defense such as susanoo
8) gaara
he managed to stop edo madara susanoo and pull madara away from it, his sands jutsu are very powerful to paralyze susanoo user and break it but he only can destroy v1 of susanoo
7) naruto
he has wind shiruken and bujo dama attack that definitly can destroy susanoo defense
6) nagato
his shenra tensei can destroy village so susanoo is no problem for him at all
5) tsunade
she broke madara sasunaoo with massive raw power
4) 4th raikage
he broke sasuke sasunoo with his kick before gaara stopped him
3) kakashi
he can destroy it with kamui
2) gai
8 gates can destroy any susanoo
1) sakura
she can destroy any form of susanoo with her shanaroo and if tsunade did it then sakura can do it easily
