Itachi be jealy
Itachi most likely knows Tobi's prowess

The reason genjutsu is supposedly ineffective on Perfect Jinchuurki's in that the bijuu inside can break it for them. That's why it works for Bee, and Naruto. Yaguura was probably a PJ in the sense that he had control over his bijuu like KSM Naruto but they weren't actually a partnership.
Anyway even if Yaguura actually was like Bee, all Obito ever had to do was to put both the bijuu and and Yaguura under genjutsu. Not an impressive feat at all considering how easy it is for the sharingan to enter the bijuu-jinchuricki plane. Early part one Sasuke did it almost by accident.

Obito's genjutsu isn't any where being on 3T Itachi's level. Forget Tsukuyomi.
I actually saw your username in the "browsing this thread" list and took a few extra minutes to dumb down what I was originally going to post so you could understand it.This didn't make sense at all

I guess my expectations were still too high.

Wrong. You lost the argument there. And this makes no sense.

Danzo's words were " Only few have ever achieved full control over a Bijuu"
People automatically assumed that to mean that Yagura himself was a perfect jin, when it doesn't have to be the case. A jinchuriki can gain control over their Bijuu powers without being friends with it. Perfect example would be KCM Naruto as I explained in my first post. He didn't have full control, but could perform partial and full transformation at will. That scan only means Yagura learned to control his abilities, Not that he befriended the bijju to the point that it would help him break genjutsu. Lets not forget Madara and Hashirama are also on that list, two ninjas who also controlled the power of bijuu by force and will.
And you should've kept reading as I bothered to explain why even if he was a perfect Jin in the same sense as Bee, controlling Yaguura with genjutsu is still not impressive at all.
I don't know how to make an already simple fact simpler, so if you two still can't understand dislike and move on.
