Yeah it's the basis of a hate crime. It's not a hate crime unless it's linked to slander/libel or violence - Actually criminal acts.

Just like someone lying to you to get in your pants isn't a criminal act, or else there'd be a crapton of heteros, homos, and other sexualities in jail alike, I assure you.

Lying about personal status and actual biology are different.

I bet you're pissed they haven't found out how to change those chromosomes yet huh?

Still a lie no matter how you spin it

Oh man, you can see people's chromosomes in your day-to-day interactions and that has a profound effect on your ability to have interpersonal relationships and live a healthy life? I'm so sorry, if I had known this was such a severe issue for you, I would have been more sensitive. Clearly chromosomes have fundamental intrinsic value that cannot be ignored.

Personal status and actual biology are only different to you because you personally place more value on one over the other. Some people would be more disturbed by the idea that someone had lied to them about, say, their criminal history, their relationship status, etc. The difference is that no one (who's being taken seriously) is wandering around advocating for people who lie to have medical treatment to make them not lie, whereas you want to control the bodies and gender identities of others in order to conform to your idea of what gender is and what homosexuality is (not everyone even agrees with what you think homosexuality is, by the way; a guy who has *** with a transwoman is not de facto homosexual or bisexual, and even if he was, who cares).

It's not called homogenderality... its called homosexuality. If you willingly have *** with someone who shares the same chromosomes as you, you're a homosexual..

Homosexuality Is only a problem for me personally because i'm not a homosexual. So naturally a heterosexual places great importance on the hetero status of chosen sexual partners. It doesn't matter if you're a homosexual such as yourself

I'm not telling people how to dress. I'm not down for controlling anyone. do what you want. But I will call you insane for going against genitalia you can clearly see. No matter what gender you feel like( i don't feel any gender, I just look down and know what I am) it's a lie. You feel nothing, you just want desperately to be something different and unique

If gender is a social construct... How can trans gendered people feel a gender? How can one feel like they are a different social construct?

Answer... they are willfully contrarians or gender isn't actually a social construct, but a biological one

Definitely your own personal definition of homosexuality. Granted, there are people who share this view, but sexuality isn't so easily defined.

Homosexuality Is only a problem for me personally because i'm not a homosexual. So naturally a heterosexual places great importance on the hetero status of chosen sexual partners. It doesn't matter if you're a homosexual such as yourself

I'm biologically male, and hetero. So I mean, I disagree with the "naturally" part. Also, plenty of hetero guys date transwomen, bisexual women, whatever. So hetero status isn't as important as you think. Plenty of guys who identify as hetero also don't spend as much time thinking about whether or not their relationship makes them hetero, or bisexual, or pansexual, or whatever. Sexual status isn't this omni-important trait for everyone.

Unique? Is that why trans communities form?

In any case, it seems to me you know nothing, you only desperately want to feel like sexuality is so two-dimensional that you'll be able to clearly categorize everyone and everything. Biological *** isn't even two-dimensional. Intersex births are fairly common (at least as common as people identifying as transgender are), and the idea that people can non-consensually force "corrective" surgery on others is still held today, but is a civil/human rights issue.

Answer... they are willfully contrarians or gender isn't actually a social construct, but a biological one

Some people don't conform to any gender. Or have new conceptions of gender. Aside from that, the idea that people can feel part of a social construct is a key concept of all sociological research ever, so your idea here doesn't really challenge anything.

*** is biological

Gender is a social construct.

Gender are socially created roles and rules associated to the biological sexes.

Oh! So apparently it is okay for a "man" to trick another man into homosexual ***.

What's the problem? Does he hurt anyone with his lifestyle? No.
But this law is ridiculous. I would break it if I was in this situation. What do they want to do? Look inside of the pants of each person that goes to a public toilet? Pfft xD

This thread is a huge example of why people aren't telling people about their genitalia.

In the past people would say they deserved to know who was homosexual because they deserved to know if a guy they were friendly with might be staring at them in the locker room or whatever. That wasn't just some purely benign statement. And if they found out someone was gay, it would stop being that person's private business and would get spread all over the place, to the point where people who would harm that person or treat them negatively would find out.

People aren't in the closet to ensnare other people, generally. It's because people use discomfort to justify things like hate speech, discrimination, and violence. People also tend to make things that are no one else's business everyone else's business, for no reason.

Heteros need to relax. The worst thing that happens if you had *** with someone who identifies as female but was born with male genitalia (or if you're a girl that has *** with someone who was born with male genitalia, whatever) is that you feel a little uncomfortable. Someone brought up STDs, but if you're really concerned about STDs, you should be adopting safe practices like getting tested, knowing your partner's own health status, and using protection regardless (I'm not here defending people lying to intimate partners about having STDs, but that's a separate issue).

I mean, there are plenty of trans people who are open and get into relationships casually or securely or whatever, I'm not trying to paint a group as a bunch of victims. But it's super easy to understand why hetero fear of being perceived as gay or feeling uncomfortable over the idea of possibly being gay (if the person had a penis, then I don't know why you would have kept going, and if they didn't, you're really just like "Oh man but this is technically gay") doesn't really impress me or a lot of others much.

I have no problem with someone being gay, bisexual, transgender what so ever if that's the lifestyle they chose that's them , my sexuality is heterosexual it just doesn't include transgender. I'm black and my girlfriends white (German,Italian,Irish) her preference is white guys she likes their hair and eyes , that's whats she's into you can't stop someone from liking something I've been with her for 3 years. Times are changing i'm not going to lie some do get discriminated against but lying about your gender only makes thing more complicated in so many aspects and principles. Why should i care if another guy thinks i'm gay it's not like I'm giving up my cheeks to dude, my anus is exist only the principle is the main concept of this. I have a question if someone has one of those sperm filled dildo's and their partner is into that ,do you think it'll harmless as well if someone filled it with horse or any other animal semen?

SO how does one know they're transgender if not told?

You do know that transgender women have female-looking genitals after surgery, don't you?
And depending on the genetics of the patient, as well as the skill of the surgeon, the result can be nearly impossible to distinguish from a real vagina by the looks. Just saying.

So it's not a surprise that men don't realize that.

The penis is split in the middle to create an illusion of a female genitals (vulva). A clitoris has 8000 nerve-endings alone, and I am not even counting the other neural programming that goes with the vaginal tract. I highly doubt they can recreate any of those. Science is no where near at that stage.

I would question the biological works of the genitals as well. They would never be able to work at the level of their original biological counterparts, given the complete abscene of nerve-endings etc. So, no, I am completely aware. It was just a joke I threw that went over few people's heads.

They definately should inform someone of their previous gender. I mean, I can understand why they'd want to keep the secret to themselves but it isn't something that should be kept since it could bring danger on themselves. The moment they went out with someone, it should be the first thing mentioned.
