Since Kaguya has the original chakra she can master most bloodline limits, but not physical ones. Just like Madara can't change his bone structure to use Dead Bone Pulse, she can't change her eyes to use the Mangekyou Sharingan.

Those were under certain conditions.

Madara had a vessel of Hashirama on his chest to cotrol the power. He never planned on that or on Hashirama even being there.

Obito was already a Juubi Jin before and that Six Path power lingers strongly with him.

That was a mistranslation, He said her giant TSB is made up of all five elements and yin+yang. Human path is a natural ability of the rinnegan so it's a bit unfair to say he can't use it, we just don't know how good he's with it tho. I too would like to think she can use all KKG but i'm not sure about it. Hopefully if kishi ever does a story on her, we'll see more of her abilities. If any wasn't showed in the manga.

Oh not that part. It was during the lava scene when he was gloating about kaguya's power saying she knows every technique so no tech naruto and sasuke used would work...this probably doesn't help though since he said that a lot
