Are...you kidding? For one, his fingers weren't moving, so he wasn't cracking them. Secondly, there's the "zuzu" sound effect. Not to mention the smoke coming from his stomach.

Uhm well no I'm not kidding you. For one you can see the context bubble pointing to the fingers saying "crack." That's the noise fingers make. And the smoke is coming from his fingers not his stomach, look at the smoke coming from his finger tips not his stomach.

You can clearly see here that there is no stomach coming from his stomach, so I don't know where you get this stomach being able to make crack noises from or the smoke coming from the stomach because if that was the case Doffy wouldn't be conscious to fight luffy again.

2. When fixing his organs you can see the sfx make a "curl" noise and not "cracking" noise. crack noise comes from something with a bone structure, not an organ such as your stomach.

This sounds reasonable, he could've broken some bones.
But the smoke obviously came from his hands, you can see it start from the finger tips. People don't just start producing smoke out of their stomach like that, it wouldn't make sense.
