Sasuke couldn't blitz Shin and he could only clash evenly with the same opponents that couldn't blitz or even slightly outspeed the Gokage. His speed when directly compared to other top tiers is unimpressive.
The only thing that these illiterates bring up is him cutting Madara whom was more concerned about using Kamui at the time than defending himself.
