Why is getting Oneshot from Splinter is a bad thing?????

I just don't get it, how is this anything a fodder when getting pierced by alot of splinters which it spread and create roots throughout his entire body destroying his organs and his heart. I see this as a complete overkill.

People seem to forgot that nobody can survive from this blow and it has shown that anyone with a senju dna, a Jiinchirike and SO6P can withstand and recover it...

I can easily make the same argument that as someone so powerful as sasuke who gets oneshot by a katana like every other random fodders who gets instant death by kunia and shiruken.

Sasuke gets stabbed through his heart has great significant except that a blow from a katana is a lesser attack compare to the attack from a juubi (GOD) which carries alot more weight, it's bigger and the length is enormous...

Neji was a Jounin so of course he was not fodder but he just got the short end of the stick at the end of the day.
