I dont understand the power lvls

Frost is Able to fight goku and sj goku
And piccolo is able to survive frost attacks?

The Same piccolo who struggeled against freezers slaves who got saved by gohan
Gohan who got neg diff by freeza
Freeza who needed his final Form to fight Bass goku

So frost > freeza ( without gold)
Gold frost > everYone ?

Well, like above me they messed up with the power levels.

Tho, Frieza (Revival) in forth form seems to be stronger than Frost in his forth form, and Golden Frieza is on another level. And Frost doesn't have Golden form.

I would say it like this:

Frost in his 3rd form is on the same level base (post-god) Goku is. So frost in his 3rd form should be on the same level of frieza's last form (post training). Then Frost on his last form > Friezza last form, but still weaker than post god SSJ Goku. Anallyzing Piccolos performance against Frost, we could say he's around base goku's level.

But then i remember he got owned by Tagoma, so he isn't even on current gohan's level.

Total mess up.
