I mentioned this just the other day. KKG is classified as ninjutsu. So the rinnegan which allows the user to use any jutsu would also give access to all KKG

You have to have the Sage Mode in order to wield all elements....

This is pretty false. SM does not give it's user all elements. RSM and rikudou senjutsu does and so does Rinnegan.

Nagato never used any other kekkei genkai, and Madara only used Hashi's wood release

No one except Madara MASTERED wood release.

What is TBB? a condensed ball of black and white chakra in 8:2 ratio. Technically anyone should be able to do this if they possess the chakra. If you remember bee said the rasengan is based off TBB. They look different of course because normal people lack the black and white chakra tailed beasts have.

So a rinnegan user should be able to do any tech they have the chakra type for

Momoshiki used it so yes.
Naruto could do it without Kurama's help when he needed the other bijuus for their KKG.

Chakra is a spiritual energy it's not in the genes.
Rinnegan does permanent change to your body in order to use use all elements, you don't need your eye to do it.

Chakra is a mix of phyiscal & spirutual energy. The phyiscal energy comes from all of one's cells....

That is true. But you will find that certain things are exempt to that law.

for instance, people who are not born with KKG then have a bijuu implanted into them suddenly become able to use their KKG the bijuus can use even after the beast has been extracted. ie KKG do not have to be genetic.

Unlocking the rinnegan allows the user to use any ninjutsu, so clearly a change similar to the one with the bijuu scenario must be happening.

Arguably only if your a juubi jin as there is a physiological changes. Naruto and Sasuke probably cant as they only have rikudou chakra.
