The Sharingan already made Kakashi(who already posses all elements including yin-yang) learn 1k justsus so the Rinnegan should let you learn way more jutsus:

That is how Madara mastered wood release because of the Rinnegan.
Also RSM doesn't give you that because it was never stated in the manga.

10/10 thread, only bashers would deny blatant proof. Rinnegan can wield all elements unless people want to make an argument that Hagoromo can't learn wood style rofl. Also I think he means Rikoudo Sage Mode not just regular sage mode,even then RSM just gives the understanding inherent of all techniques....or at least it should as for some reason in the Boruto movie naruto thought launching a tail beast bomb at momoshiki was a good idea. But yep rinnegan can POTENTIALLY learn all techniques bar KEKKEI MORA

Other than Yin-Yang Release, no they haven't.

I thought Madara could use wood release because he had Hashi's DNA, and same for Danzo and Yomoto (unless that was just filler)...

Nagato never used any other kekkei genkai, and Madara only used Hashi's wood release
