Do you need permission for a picture in your signature because I tried everything but can't get it to show a image in my Sig and were it say signature permissions at the bottom for pic and gif I got a no next to them do that mean I have to ask?? If so who

That's even way too big for you to use. Needs to be 600*300 for regular members. The thing you have in your sig atm is not even the same link nor is it the BB code for images.

I tried and it do between IMG IMG but still don't pop up I know I am doing something wrong just don't know what..maybe if I type jpg behind it you think

Google the image for appropriate size or resize it yourself, or ultimately ask someone to resize it for you.
