Oh use the spoiler tag. [SPOILER.][/SPOILER] just remove the dot I put. You can find it in the editing panel besides YouTube tag.

right click it
copy image location

login to NB
user CP
edit signature
type: [center&][&IMG]here you will paste the copied image location[&/IMG][&/center]
note: don't type the & smybols
