In my opinion , zabuza is the most skilled ninja who using blade.

We don't know how skilled he was tho, we've never seen him use those swords. It could just be hype.

It is either Killerbee by feats, or Mangetsu by hype.

Killerbee has already wielded Kubikiribicho and Samaheda.
He is the only one we have seem wield 7 swords at once and he outclassed Sasuke (arguably one of the best swordsman of the manga)

Yet Mangetsu was hyped to be able to wield all 7 of the mist swords. Wich says alot.
