I mean there seems to be no conflict in the ninja world, at least not between the five shinobi nations. Who the heck knows what's going on with the smaller countries and the samurai country. Honestly, it seems like there's "peace" because the other four shinobi are afraid of naruto & sasuke but oh well. What do y'all think?

Nah, he actually said that Madara and Obito were the ones who created peace because the whole shinobi world united to fight them off.
