As I've noted before, being a perfect Jin doesn't mean you can undo any genjutsu. A solid strong one will still leave him helpless... besides, RSBM Naruto is still only hosting one physical Bijuu, the rest are just chakra manifestations. Yagura was a perfect Jin according to the DB, but still never escaped Obito's genjutsu; just as Naruto warned Bee that Itachi's Tsukuyomi would finish Bee and in the scan above, Naruto being warned that he'd be under IT.

OP saying Naruto should be able to break it bcuz he has the 9TB is like saying Sasuke should be able to break it cuz he has Rinnegan

As for TSB, IT uses senjutsu chakra so I doubt TSB helps

Naw. The Rinnegan Break the Genjutsu, it's the Bijuu Chakra that does it on a Global scale.

It's the same way IT is cast. Kaguya was said to have cast it without the moon, meaning she can do it on a personal level, but only with the Juubi's vast chakra, can it be cast on the moon to shine on everyone.
