And my second law would be to ban any state religion. Konan x got the wording incorrect, but there is a valid point to be made regarding separation of church(or mosque, as is desperately needed in the Muslim world) and state.

Ofc banning religion would be despotic, and actually necessitate mass genocide for it to be effective in a lot of the world.

Having a state religion isnt a problem. It forcing it to those who arent a part of it thats the problem.
