It is. You should rewatch the movie again. OP's screenshot is from the movie trailer. Aso, it could be a translation error since the movie isn't out in japanese audio and the translations are done by unofficial staff.

You should re watch the Movie. Op's screen shot is from tumblr after a fake translation ensued and people started believing its content, until the official translation came out and everything was solved.
We actually have the Movie in Japanese cam rip and I double checked, and saw the Movie about twice. Smh

No Indra's is the correct translation. The clothes aren't even dirty in the OP's original post. That whole scene was meant to show that Naruto trained hard for his power to the point his cold clothes were in rags. Boruto then proceeded to look at his own clothes in comparison which made him realize he hadn't been training as hard as he should

When i saw the movie, Boruto said the exact same line as OP's screenshot in the campire scene. Boruto's korean audio + english subtitles translation is not the official one, so i don't know which is which. I saw the Movie in the theaters so i don't know.
Here's the official Movie from Japan with English subtitles. You can double check their voice actors and you'll hear the original cast, among the next generation as well.

That screenshot was taken from a fan made/fake translation from this trailer which was proven false when the movie was released as it never happened(cam rips and from people who actually watched the film) Bad/false translation.

Yeah that translator was on crack. You can see the same scene in the Official VIZ Media trailer for the Movie (it's kind of boring with no background music)
