Kishimoto was unfiar with Sasuke's MS abilities

When he gave Obito his Kamui in one eye it had two abilities:

You can say that Obito could manipulate Kamui and add it for example to his susanoo:

That is his right eye ability because his left eye is for long rang Kamui.
But when he gave Amaterasu to Sasuke it had one ability in each eye:

And alot of charecters have two diffrent MS abilities like Itachi(Amaterasu,tsukumi) and Shin(S/T,Tool manipulation).
If Kishimoto was fair he would give Sasuke another MS ability like Kotoamatsukumi so he would be like Lelouch vi Britannia.

No, that was just his MS technique. He awakened MS when those huge rocks fell on him but didn't know it. Then re-awakened his MS when he saw Rin die. Kinda like Sasuke awakening his sharingan during the massacre but didn't know it and awakened it again vs Haku.
