If cutting trow a jinjuriki causes the bijuus to leak out than all the Akatsuki had to do is to cut throw the jinjuriki to get the bijuu out and than seal it.
If it's because of Sasuke's susanoo sword than he could easily one-shot any jinjuriki by cutting throw them including Naruto and he didn't do it because Kishimoto nerfed him so hard.
And he didn't even try to do do it against Madara or Kaguya when he already did it against Obito.
The bijuus were already leaking out of Kaguya so it's possible.
