If only Taijutsu, he should takes it to a small margin, Momoshiki's weakness is taijutsu and while he seems fairly decent at it, Lee is a master.

Without though, it'll last for say, a moment, before Momoshiki say "**** u bruce lee" and ruins Lee with a rinnegan technique.

Even with the 7th gate, i highly doubt lee is even close to naruto or sasuke's speed. So he'd lose.

I also would count 2 Kages as stronger than any form of Rock Lee so actually unsure about him taking out even Kinshiki nevermind the big man in charge.
