Madara said Perfect Susano'o is comparable to the Tailed Beasts. If they can get thrown around so can Perfect Susano'o. I have no doubt Naruto can do the same. You have no logical argument that would deny this. Them being able to see or sense the clone does not make it's physical power any less.
