Kamui is probably the most haxxed, it is extremely hard to deal with.
FTG has the downfall of having to tag something before teleporting, but it has the advantage over Kamui in that it is instantaneous.
Amenotejikara, like FTG, is instantenous, however unlike FTG and Kamui, it doesn't have the ability to travel X amount of distance. However, if what people say are true, Sasuke's range with it has increased much more than just 10M like it was when he had just awakened it against Madara. Also you can teleport an enemy wherever you want.
In terms of combat:
1) Amenotejikara: You don't have to go up and tag the opponent like FTG, and it isn't a one trick pony like Kamui. Also the Ameno-Swap is extremely haxxed
2) Kamui: How many times have you heard, "Kamui gg?" If the opponent lacks the speed needed to counter Kamui it is over. Has the disadvantage of being able to be sensed by a sensor.
3) FTG: Must tag before you can teleport. Also if you don't have the attack speed to actually finish your opponent, then FTG isn't to great.

Yet failed many times against Kaguya and even Momoshiki.
Where Kamui saved Real Naruto from Ash Bone to make way for sealing event. Even get praised by Hagoromo the man that bless Sasuke with that S/T tech.

You don't need to hide in other dimensions if you can switch yourself with the opponent's body, all their attacks can be used against them

With Ameno the user can also travel in other dimensions as well as hide and escape
There are nothing called the best, it depends on the user, and not the jutsu. It is true every jutsu has a weakness, and every jutsu has a unique fighting style, but we cannot assume which is the strongest or the most versatile one. If the opponent manages to counter you, it is the user who are not fast enough to strike after the jutsu is performed which is a huge factor here. Let's take for an example:
FTG is instant, and there are no weakness to it because you cannot catch Minato or neither Tobirama after they have performed the jutsu. There is only one thing for sure, and that is when they becomes vulnerable, and that's when you can strike the user back if they're attacks aren't fast enough, like when Minato fought against Ay, he didn't saw Killer Bee's tentacle tails to save Ay and Madara's counter attack.
Kamui is OP for sure, however it has a weakness, and that's when he becomes tangible.
Amenotejikara has its limit, and if you know how the jutsu works, then you can easily predict the user's movements.
Here again, it is about the striking speed, not the jutsu.
