Hago & Hamura deserve half of Kaguya's theoretically. -> Indra & Ashura would get half of Hago therefore a quarter of Kaguya.

Hago had already given up his powers. Kaguya and Hamura were either dead/not around. As the only two people in the family that we could account for during the time of their fight, Indra and Ashura each had claim to at least half of whatever chakra was left in the world if we're going by birthright and who was actually alive then. That was my point but I feel you
