Did you judge it based on the Animation only?
I would choose the Filler Finisher because Tsunade was like out of chakra and still punched Orochimaru with enough force and he was K.O'd(talking about the canon Finisher) i just find the filler one more logical as she covers a hand in chakra.

Actually both of those scenes are fanfiction. Everyone knows that Tsunade is a complete fodder against Orochimaru. There is no way a snake like him would allow her to get a lucky hit.
