I get your point he's good in kenjutsu, still it does not proof that he'd be able to beat naruto in a kenjutsu vs kunai battle. Its all assumption like the one post above yours.

Naruto used Sasuke's sword as proficiently as Sasuke.

Still if we're considering feats then please add hashi powered Sasuke being stabbed by base Madara to the list.

So it all depends on who is using what and how proficient they're with that.
Sure Sasuke is good with kenjutsu and Naruto has not been shown much fighting with a kunai. That doesn't prove that he's not good with them or can't fight against a good kenjutsu user

With that said, I wonder why Sasuke never brought his katana into VOTE 2 battle despite having an obvious advantage as per the fanboys, maybe he thought that his kenjutsu won't be of much help against Naruto.
