Why did Obito control the Nine Tails

Obito was dumb and inexperienced, that much is obvious.

But I doubt he could just blindside and warp Minato. Obito literally attempted to do that and Minato reacted to it. We know that Obito was unable to as he attempted to separate Kushina from Minato instead of just warping Minato away immediately.

Wait..what? Kakashi wasn't even there. I'm talking about during Kushina's labor. While Minato was giving birth to Naruto no one knew Obito was watching until he snatched newborn Naruto. Instead of doing that Obito could have just Kamuied Minato away. Game over. Then proceed with releasing the Kyuubi.

Minato didn't even notice anybody else was there until he heard Biwako and the medic's death yell, so it was theoretically possible for him to Kamui snipe Minato before killing those 2.

If Obito did sneak up behind him, he can certainly sense his presence through sound and counter-attack like he did in the manga.

Again what does Kakashi have to do with this. At this time Kakashi hadn't even re-awakened his Mangenkyo and was nowhere near them. And again Obito had the element of surprise no one knew he was even in the room until he revealed himself. I mean the only thing I can think is that he was young and maybe trying to Kamui someone else then was just too slow.

He's Kamui snipped people away pretty quickly as an adult. Like saving Sasuke from Oonoki's Junton attack and Danzo's Subordinate. Just not sure if he could perform that feat that fast back during Kushina's labor. If he could than he should have. We aren't talking about a battle ready expecting Minato here but a father to be holding his wife's hand while she births his son. He wouldn't have saw it coming not known what was happening until he was already halfway into the Kamui dimension.

Now whether he could Hirashin out of the Kamui dimension is another story.

What does he have to do with this ? Without Kaui snipe Obito has no chance of teleporting Minato away, if he tried transporting him to Kamui land with his own body he would fail miserable because of FTG.

But Obito doesn't need to touch you to Kamui you away. He Kamuied Sasuke out of Oonoki's Jinton attack remotely did he not? Or did I mis read that? From what I gathered he can still Kamui snipe same as Kakashi. It's just not instantaneous unless both eyes are in close proximity. Did I get that wrong :wut:
