The arc suddenly went downhill , this episode is boring and nothing importaant happened , i didn't understand itachi's thoughts in the end, did his friend die? His teammate , did Obito kill him? SP please be more clear -_- bad episode , 2/5 I WANT CANON NOW!

Def wasnt that great.. I did like the animation when Itachi got his Sharingan. I would of rather seen a ep about Tobi fighting Itachi and that kid dying. I think we got 3 more of these Itachi Special eps.

The way they did this episode was really awkward... They spent too much time on the cat mission, and then in the last 60 seconds of the episode we see the flashback of Obito killing Itachi's friend. Which happens after the cat mission, obviously. It was not a good transitikon

They were being clear. Did you not read the actual novel? It should get back on track next episode. Episode was pretty meh though

Yeah I was looking forward to that too! It was a turning point for Itachi and they showed it in a memory flashback! Thats just suck!

4/5. While not the best episode of the Itachi arc, it's still better than fillers.

Next episode looks too good for an outsourced episode.

Those last couple of minutes were gold. True, the pacing was a little slow but because of the end 1/5, I'm willing to overlook this.

Look, the episode had Itachi, him interacting with (supposedly) his lover, and Sasuke with cat ears snuggling up to Itachi. I am satisfied.
