I mean in the end SOSP gave his chakra to both to awaken the rinnegan and RSM so where do the transmigrants chakra come into play.........also we saw a flashback where Naruto remembers something, so did Ashura or Indra chakra affect either of their lives before the point they met SOSP?

Well, yes. Without their Chakra, they wouldn't be Transmigrants and thus, would've most likely not have been able to meet Hagoromo, not to mention that both of Naruto and Sasuke's abilities would be weaker overall, Sasuke moreso when you factor in that Naruto has Bijuu Mode w/ Kurama acting as the main power source and Naruto certainly would not have been the Child of Prophecy or the kid who was destined to become the meeting place for the Bijuu.

Yeah it did helped them on every way intact that transmigrant chakra was what made them understood each others feelings even more and hell yeah it was a nice power. Sasuke got sharinnegan and naruto got truth seeking orbs

ok so the transmigrant thing is based on the power struggle that indra and ashura had about who gets the custody.

they both inherited something, will of fire(youre famous), and hatred (sharingan).

each senju and uchiha have those but only the transmigrants were capable to escalate things into bigger godlike proportions.
also they are capable of having the seals.

any senju/uchiha can awaken the rinnegan. just need the chakra from both bloodlines and plenty of time for it to mature.
same rules applies for tenseigan (although maturity of it might be faster, only took toneri a brief period while madara took a lifetime and close to dying)
