Can non-Jinchuriki alive Madara be able to use Limbo with Susanoo?

Why not? With two eyes, he should be able to summon 5 shadows like he did (one was already sealed and I don't think Madara "creates" them like shadow clones) against Naruto/Sasuke. Obviously they would be also non-Jinchuuriki, but equal in power to the real Madara.

Doubt he haves enough chakra to summon that many shadows and activate susano'o on them.

Im pretty sure if he has enough chakra and the rinnegan he couldve done it when he was revived with 2 rinnegan and hashis cell/sage mode

Okay, I'm not sure about susanoo either, but the shadows themselves were not portrayed to be very chakra draining. And Madara has a freaking lot of chakra, who knows ^-^

Aren't Limbo Clones basically extremely durable Shadow Clones? From what I've seen of Shadow Clones, or clones in general, they can utilize the same ability as the originator. Madara has already shown us that his Wood Clones can use Susano'o, so his Limbo Clones (who can use it's originators abilities just like any other clones) should be able to use Limbo Susano'o and even Perfect Limbo Susano'o if he has enough chakra.
