Nothing really showcases that Naruto can't combat with his sword. But they'll be equal in Taijutsu for sure. Which is basic CQC.

Edit: Though my main argument doesn't consist of Rikudou-Rinnegan Sasuke. Since you said no chakra, just assuming that their bodies would be equal no matter which power up one received.

Cause Base Sasuke > Base Naruto in Adult forms.

sasuke... he has talent.

but if were talking about current sasuke and naruto, naruto is more of a taijutsu fighter (hence hes always using clones and can only use rasengan).

without sharingan, sasuke would lose mid diff. i mean he defeated neji in the chunin exams and hyugas excel in taijutsus.

only edge sasuke has would be his talent and smarts(if that isnt a sharingan trait)
