It's not as simple as you make it out to be. The porn reality itself is only part of the problem. Another part or it is how easily available it is to access. The reason older generations can stay in a relationship longer is because when they were our age they had magazines and pictures. Moreover they had to go out of their way to find them at a store, get someone to purchase them, and once they were acquired, had to use their imaginations to do the rest. So when an actual partner came into the picture it was so much greater than the pornography pictures they had at the time.

These days anyone can just watch it on their phone, anywhere, at anytime, as much as they like. With no one there to regulate it, those false realities become unrealistic expectations in real life relationships. It's sad I know but that's the reality of it.
