Admitting flaws in your favorite Naruto character(s)

Why do some people do like it's so hard to admit the flaws in some of their favorite characters but when someone points out the flaws in the character in a respectable manner the person gets mad?I see that a lot in this fandom. It's like some people over hype their favs or degrade someone else's fav while over hyping theirs. Can you actually admit you favs flaws? How do you feel about people that over hype their favs (ex: Sakura can solo Hokage Naruto)

-Sakura flaws: development problem because Kishimoto doesn't understand how to properly write quite a few characters
-She likes Sasuke.

Liking sasuke itself was necessarily not bad, the way her affection was handled is however. Same with hinata.

As for admitting the flaws of your character, it's because those flaws aren't really "flaws" in the eyes of everyone, thus some might interpret those qualities as natural or even positive sometimes.Some people might say the Sasusaku relationship was really "touching" but to some others like me it's completely disgusting and awful

for me, I can admit the flaws of my character, that may however not be the same as what you think their flaws are.

It's hard due to the huge rivalry between bases I suppose. It's like one big frat club where each base must be more alpha.

Flaw - Naruto was nerfed to the max.

Naruto - I'm not saying he is flawless, but nothing that annoys me too much

Minato- I didn't like when Madara nerfed him

Itachi- wanked too much (or too little )

Sakura- her flaw is Sasuke -_-'

He was too arrogant in the Killer B fight...that's the original flaw Sasuke had...the war arc flaws is something we all expected for most characters.

It is awful and disgusting...I do think Kishimoto handle Sakura and Hinata's development in a stupid way. Like they had so much more potential but Kishimoto decided to make Hinata just live for Naruto.Like yea she did do stuff but it was for Naruto and I didn't like that.She's not even my favorite but I though she could have been develop to get strong and prove to her father she can be a great heir to the clan but nope Kishimoto and SP wanted to go down the only romantic road with her.Like sure she could have still liked Naruto but I would have liked her to focus on more other stuff and NaruHina should have been developed around the Pain Arc.Also Kishimoto stated Sakura out as a character that lived for Sasuke but started to develop her into caring about other but than he didn't fully develop her and left stuff out like her being a natural genjustu user and the whole SasuSaku stuff like...omg...omg It's just bad. I would have loved to see Sakura use a lot of genjustu and be got independent of Sasuke.

Pretty much what Cobra said. It's not a problem to admit a fav's flaws, it's more like it depends on the perspective.

I came to admit my favorite characters flaws overtime.

1. Itachi Uchiha: He practically made Sasuke (his beloved brother) the psychopath he was for a while.

2. Kakashi: He couldn't stop Sasuke from leaving the village.
Was too lazy to take the Hokage title when they offered it the first time.

Im starting to see some patterns. ??????

3. Rock Lee: The only flaw he had was also his greatest virtue.
He knows nothing but Taijutsu.

Konan:
- She didn't have her own interests and was basically just a supporting pillar for Yahiko/Nagato.
- She does not belong to the most powerful Akatsuki, not counting her paper-ocean jutsu that was only created for killing Tobi

Nagato:
- He was such a great villain with impressive speeches, but then gets converted to Naruto's side by his own old words in a couple of minutes
- Him reviving all the dead people in Konoha was kinda cheesy
- He had a propensity to necromancy (but it was cool tho)

Kakashi:
- DMS was sh!t
- He is very very weak without a Sharingan
- The worshipping of Naruto became very annoying.
