just like sasuke running out of chakra fter using the tailed beasts is convienient...naruto should have no chakra at all to begin that fight

nope. at best, he'll use it as a burst like naruto do w/ kcm. but not as freely like he did in his CE: arc.

The biggest nerf to Sasuke, especially when he received MS, and big time during the VOTE2 fight, was Sasuke's nerf to his intelligence.
Sasuke decided to fight Naruto clash-for-clash, jutstu-for-justu, and why? Naruto is easily the most physical/explosive fighter in the series. Sasuke didn't need to fight and should never have fought Naruto blow for blow.

Hmm, at first I expected it to be literally Madara as he claimed. When edo Madara came out in the war, I stopped caring for who it might be and if anything I didn't want the mask to come off. I liked the persona with all the lies covered in truth and the power he had. The whole space time technique, having both madara/Hashirama power, and the feats of beating the water country while turning it into his own little club house known as the akatsuki.

Frog kata. It was shown only in the pain arc, seems a variant of it was used once in the war arc though.
From the beginning I thought it was Indra. I also thought that he somehow had great influence on Madara.
During War Arc I abandoned that and thought that he is Izuna.
And only when it started to get nearly obvious I realised it is Obito.
I just didn't expect that a boy who played little to no role in the manga to be the Masked man.
At the end I wasn't surprised with Tobi being Obito, because I realised that it was foreshadowed for waaaaay too long.

Being Indra would be hella interesting because his knowledge basically is on par with him to a degree.
But the only reason why I would question him for being Indra is because of this.

Indra would need to know hashirama and be during his time period or under to gain his power. But yeah that kamui thing was a dead give away.

Juubito not been able to phase throw attacks
Naruto not using frog kata in RSM or BSM
Madara not using preta as juubi jin
Lee not using drunken fist
Solo king not using half his techs
Sasuke/madara not using the rest of the six paths power
Asuma not using that buddha stuff he did (that stuff would have saved his ass)
Madara not limbo pausing night guy etc etc
