What's a better combo Sharnigan (3t) + Byakugou or SM + Byakugan

Personally I would chose Sharingan any day, even without Byakugou. But Byakugou sounds like a good addition, so ...

3T Sharingan + Byakugou sounds like the better deal. Good precog, strength, genjutsu resistant, adaptable to perform Fire release jutsus, ability to copy jutsus including the Legendary Leaf's Hidden Lotus technique.

byakugou was based off of Tsunade copying Hashi's sage mode regen. even madara stated that its shit compared to hashirama's.

No Madara acknowledged Tsunades healing abilities to be on par with Hashi's.

I would go with 3T + byakugo. Healing from anything is haxx. Plus byakugo allows link to katsuya

Not only will all of the Byakugan's abilities be enhanced, imagine being able to shut off your opponents chakra network without making direct contact.
